Booking Process:
  • All tour and travel service bookings must be made through thestoryof2girls/Tourkey
  • A contract is created when we confirm your booking and receive your deposit.

Payment:
  • A 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
  • Balance payment must be completed 15 days before the tour begins.
  • Discount Program is applicable for both offline and online bookings.

Late Booking:
  • If you book within 20 days of the start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Special Bookings:
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking for peak seasons, festivals, and long weekends, including:
    • High Peak Season (20th Dec to 15th Jan)
    • Festival Periods (e.g., Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Christmas/New Year etc)

  • UPI

Note:
  • A 5% bank charge may be applied to all credit/debit card payments.
  • All payments should be free of withholding tax or deductions.
  • Any bank charges for remittances will be borne by the payer.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

To ensure a smooth booking and travel experience with Tourkey, all travellers are required to:

📌 1. Passport Validity

  • All travellers must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.

📝 2. Documents Required for Booking

To confirm your booking, please share the following details:

  • PAN Card Number or a clear image of your PAN Card (Govt. issued)

  • Passport Number and a clear image of the first page of your passport

  • Full Name, Date of Birth, Expiry Date, and City of Issue as mentioned on the passport

📧 3. Contact Information

  • Kindly provide your valid Email ID and Active Contact Number for trip-related communication.

📱 4. WhatsApp Group

  • All confirmed travellers will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group 3 days prior to departure for real-time updates and coordination.

📬 5. Booking Confirmation

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the booking amount is received, whether paid online or offline.
