Rules & Regulations

• Tourkey and it’s organisers strictly prohibit the utilization of any Narcotics and Banned Substances during the tours and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed at this tour Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

• The organisers reserve the rights to evict any traveller anytime without any refund if his/her actions violates any rules or incase of any misbehaviour with other co-travellers.

• Tourkey/thestoryof2girls is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are outside the itinerary. Any Loss to the hotels,vehicles, materials such as pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the partners of Tourkey is subject to full payment/Product MRP/Fine.

• Tourkey won’t be responsible for any loss or damage of Goods belonging to the travellers. All guests must carry a Govt issued Valid ID Card.

• Only Travellers staying with Tourkey will be allowed in the Hotel/Accomodation and if you intend to bring guests from outside, you’ll have to Pre notify us.

• Availability of hot water is not promised.

• Slots at Group Trips will be confirmed only after receipt of Booking Amount. Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour.

• In case of any breakdown or in delay due to the breakdown of the transport in the way, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired. No backup transport would be provided.

• Tourkey is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incident.

• Tourkey is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic, sightseeing/activities of the day may get cancelled if we don’t reach the destination on time.

• Tourkey is not responsible for any loss of Govt issued documents/Police cases/Emergencies/Unforeseen Situation

• Trip organiser/coordinator has complete right to change the itinerary as per on the spot condition. Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.

• Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. Enjoy the trip, respect others and have a memorable experience.

• Tourkey is not responsible for Flight Delays, Flight Cancellations, Flight related emergencies, Loss of Luggage/Delay of Luggage . Flight Insurance is added at additional cost.

• Tourkey is not responsible for extra baggage cost/premium flight services. Please note - Budget Itineraries may allow 7KG Hand Baggage only, extra luggage is purchasable at additional cost for all flights/connecting flights/domestic flights

• Tourkey is not responsible to pay for late checkout charges, All Travellers need to checkout by respected time. Further delay would incur additional charges for the travellers sharing the room

• Travellers may need to pay a refundable deposit for hotels/stays wherever required.

• Tourkey is not responsible for any Hotel/Stay related issues or errors such as AC, Lights, Water etc problems. Please contact the Trip Leader/Hotel Management for such scenarios.

• If Traveller doesn't reports on time for Departures/Sightseeing/Transfers etc, Tourkey is not responsible for further arrangements as Tourkey respects the time of all travellers and will depart as per mentioned time.
